In April, Markus Schreurs and Karl-Georg Hermann took over the Porta Mallorquina franchise license for the Andratx sales area. Porta Mallorquina Managing Director Joachim Semrau was very pleased to be able to win two experienced real estate experts for the highly coveted but also highly competitive property market in Andratx.

The two entrepreneurs from Krefeld have already successfully established real estate companies in Germany and have many years of experience, particularly in the luxury segment. In addition, Markus Schreurs is a partner of the Porta Mondial Group in Germany with his two real estate offices in Krefeld and Mönchengladbach and is a co-founder of the company.

The move to the pedestrian zone
In order to offer their customers even more service on site, the entrepreneurs moved with their real estate shop from the existing location at the town entrance to the more conveniently located pedestrian zone. The new Porta Mallorquina real estate shop is located at Calle Isaac Peral, 28, near the church. Andrea Keppler, who has worked in the real estate sector in Puerto Andraitx for more than 10 years, was recruited as manager of the office. Steffen Hoier, as a further sales consultant, completes the preliminary team which Schreurs and Hermann would like to increase further.
