“Anchorage Hill” or “El Mirador Bendinat” belongs to Bendinat in the municipality of Calvia and is situated in between the golf course of Bendinat and the upmarket Puerto Portals.

The average price per square metre, depending on the equipment and condition of the property is between 2,800 – to 20,000 €/sqm. Therefore “The Anchorage Hill” lies above the average property price for this property category in the southwest because of its prominent location with luxury amenities.
