Despite the current lockdown, Porta Mallorquina continues to expand its presence on the island. Its new real estate shop is located in Carrer de Son Thomas 2, Calvià, in the well-known Son Bugadelles business park which is situated between Portals Nous and Santa Ponsa. A special feature of the location is that the real estate agency is located in the same building as the Illes fitness studio.
The new Porta Mallorquina real estate shop is located directly in the entrance area of the well-known fitness studio Illes at Carrer de Son Thomas 2, in the Son Bugadelles commercial area between Portals Nous and Santa Ponsa.

says Porta Mallorquina franchise partner Mirjana Antic when describing the advantages of the new location.
The new shop replaces the previous office in Portals Nous, which was closed in May 2020 due to ongoing problems with the sewage system. This means that once again the real estate agency is represented with eight real estate offices in Mallorca, located in Alcudia, Artà, Llucmajor, Palma, Puerto Andratx, Santa Maria, Santanyí and now also in Santa Ponsa, Calvia.
The prominent green logo wall is a typical feature of all Porta Mallorquina shops. The real estate company currently has eight locations on Mallorca.
The tastefully-designed interior of the new Porta Mallorquina shop comes into its own behind the large glass frontage of the Illes entrance and offers customers a convenient opportunity to find out more about the real estate products and services offered by the island-wide estate agency.

laughs Mirjana, who already runs a successful real estate office in Santanyí together with her partner Timo Weibel.
The team management for the sales regions of Santa Ponsa and Portals Nous has been taken over by Dustin Shanks, an experienced real estate agent who knows the local market situation very well. Together with his colleagues Andrea Tempfli, Rudolf Luft and Sina Butzlaff, he attends to the needs of prospective buyers and records new properties.
The real estate shop is open from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but due to current travel restrictions preventing some prospective buyers from abroad from visiting in person, Porta Mallorquina also offers online viewings for many of its properties.

reports Timo Weibel, who has also been responsible for Porta Mallorquina’s head office operations since mid -2019.
“The real estate market on Mallorca has proved itself stable even in times of crisis, and the demand for well-located holiday properties remains at a high level. 2020 was a good business year for us, and particularly in the first and third quarters, which were directly before, and/or between the lockdown phases, we were able to finalise a lot of sales.”
2021 is also off to a good start so far, with the popularity of Mallorca unbroken, especially amongst potential German buyers.
