In Palma, Porta Mallorquina celebrated opening of seventh office in Mallorca
On Friday, 3rd May, Porta Mallorquina franchise partner Ria Blum invited guests to celebrate the opening of her new estate agency at Calle Conquistador 8, directly opposite the Balearic Parliament building in Palma de Mallorca.

Around 100 clients, friends, franchise partners and collaborators of the real estate provider were entertained into the late evening by live music from the “Perikas Jazz Reunión Dúo” who are well-known with jazz fans. Catering was provided by the popular Palma “Tast” restaurants.

The new estate agency on the road to the upper old town is truly eye-catching, particularly at night when it is brightly lit. At the entrance, the visitor is immediately struck by the large, green Porta Mallorquina logo wall which is a feature of all seven of Porta Mallorquina’s offices on the island. Beside it, as a tribute to her chosen home, Ria Blum has affixed a gigantic panoramic photo of Palma that instantly whets the appetite to acquire a first or second home in this vibrant city.

The listed properties may be studied at leisure in the lounge area – another standard feature of the franchise chain whose estate agency system has been recognised in Germany as a “Best Practice” example for estate agents.

Porta Mallorquina founder Joachim Semrau, who is also the CEO of the franchisor Porta Mondial AG, congratulated Ria Blum on her attractive office and the success of her opening party. Peter Bischhorn, the Porta Mondial Master licence partner for Switzerland, who will be opening the first Porta Mondial estate agency in St. Gallen in August, came to Palma specially to attend the event.
