The Poniente Golf course could actually be a dream location par excellence. Hardly any other golf course can offer such a spectacular scenery. From the upper greens, one has an enchanting view of the Tramuntana Mountains which emerge in the background. Here the pyramidal Galatzó and the bulky, almost square massif of s’Esclop loom about 100 meters into the sky. On the 6.5 km long course with a height difference of almost 110 meters, a variety of trees welcomes us. Energy certificate mandatory for Spanish properties from 01.06.2013

Energy certificate mandatory The European energy label showing efficiency ratings from Green A (low energy requirement) to Dark Red G (high energy consumption) which you will have seen on household appliances, is now going to be mandatory for property owners wishing to sell or let their properties. With royal decree 235/2013 of 5th April, the Spanish government has extended the scope of a provision that previously applied only to new-builds, so that it now covers existing properties as well. The law is enacted with effect from 1st June and applies to all property sales and new lettings from that date. Tax changes in Spain from November 2012

If you have to pay invoices in Spain, you will be henceforth forbidden to do so in cash for payments exceeding € 2.500, when one of the two parties is a company or a professional. With this regulation, the government wants to eradicate the deeply rooted habit of paying cash without VAT - and therefore not declaring the income - of bills, such as those for craftsmen. For property sales between private individuals they are exempted from this regulation, only when the buyer is a tax resident in another country. In this case, the cash limit is a maximum of € 15,000.
