With the opening of its new estate agency in Palma de Mallorca on 3rd May, Porta Mallorquina – Master franchise partner of Porta Mondial AG – will be inaugurating its seventh office in Mallorca. The new estate agency is centrally located on Calle Conquistador 8, directly opposite the Balearic parliament building.
As is already the case with Puerto Andratx, Santa Ponsaand Santanyí, this estate agency also captivates with its exceptional design – shared by all estate agencies in this international franchise group – which has been recognized in Germany as a “Best Practice” example for estate agents by the journal of the German Real Estate Industry Confederation AIZ.
The well-known jazz duo “Perikas Jazz Reunión Dúo” will perform at the opening. Franchise partner Ria Blum and her team now look forward to having a presence in the dynamic city of Palma as well, with their own estate agency.
