On 6 September, franchising company Porta Mallorquina Real Estate invited the team to an end-of- season party at the beach club “Balneario Illetas”. Around 50 real estate agents were present to celebrate the real estate company’s success during the first half of 2022.

“I am very proud of our team, who were able to serve clients so well during the pandemic years that we even managed to achieve a significant increase in turnover in 2021,” said a delighted Porta Mallorquina founder and managing director Joachim Semrau.
Porta Mallorquina Real Estate is a subsidiary of the German Homes & Holiday AG, which specialises in holiday properties.
